 The Republic of Indonesia has a goal to create just and prosperous society as stated in the 1945 Law. To achieve this goal, it is necessary carry out development activities. One unresolved problems employment. Therefore, purpose study was determine effect minimum wage, education level, industry, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) government spending on employment opportunities Special Region Yogyakarta. data used annual from 2010–2019 uses Random Effect Model approach with Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. estimation results show that industry GRDP have positive significant job Yogyakarta, while expenditure negative insignificant Yogyakarta.
